I made a will, but lived in another state. Now I live in Ohio. What should I do?

Question: I made a will, but lived in another state. Now I live in Ohio. What should I do?

Answer: You should review your existing will with an attorney in Ohio that is familiar with Ohio estate law. The out of state will is valid until you pass away however there may be provisions in Ohio estate law that are contradictory to your out of state will which may require you to revise and do a new will in Ohio.
