Where should I keep my estate planning documents?

Question: Where should I keep my estate planning documents?

Answer: You should keep your state planning documents in a safe place. It may be a safety deposit box, however that’s a problem if your family needs to get to the will and it’s locked up and so there is a little problem there sometimes. So a lot of times we encourage you to have the documents with the person that’s the executor of the estate, that that person would keep them safe at home or in their own safety deposit box so they would have immediate access to those documents upon your death.
