How does an agent use a power of attorney?

Question: How does an agent use a power of attorney?

Answer: An agent uses power of attorney as evidence of the fact that they are authorized to act on your behalf. Again, it’s really important that the power of attorney specify exactly what you would want that person to do on your behalf so that they may need to buy property, make investments, sell property, borrow money, all of those things would require that agent to have the power specifically authorized within the power of attorney and that they use that legal document to transact business on your behalf.
